The final price always depends on the specific fault, the price of spare parts, and the time needed for the repair. Below you'll find how the price is made up and estimated ranges by fault type.

Technician callout — 500 CZK anywhere in Prague and surroundings up to 30 km

Whether you live in the center of Prague or up to 30 km beyond its borders, the technician's callout always costs the same 500 CZK — no distance surcharges. This is a one-time fee that covers all visits within a single repair (even if a part needs to be ordered and we return).

How the price is made up

Three simple rules

Free diagnostics with repair

If you decide to have the repair done with us, we don't charge for diagnostics.

2️⃣

Declining the repair

If you decline the repair, we charge the callout (500 CZK) + diagnostics (500 CZK) — 1,000 CZK total as a standalone service.

Price upfront

After diagnostics you always know the exact amount before confirming the repair — no hidden fees.

We provide a warranty of up to 2 years on all repairs performed and parts used. If the fault recurs, we'll come back and fix it free of charge under warranty.
